The
Executive Director informed a meeting that the educational Certificates of
newly engaged staff were verified and two (2) of the certificates were
confirmed to be fictitious.
In one instance, the worker involved, Mr. Harrison Gborglovor is alleged to have presented a forged certificate which indicated that he completed his degree programme at the University of Ghana.
Meanwhile, the Human Resource Department has been directed to sit up and enforce measures that will not allow staff to explore loopholes in the system.
A committee has also been set up to conduct further investigations into the matter.
