BANKS TO LOSE FROM POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE


                                                                        
Ghanaian banking businesses tend to be dying down in the market due to the poor customer service rendered to their customers. There are certain customer service skills that every organisation must master if they are forward-facing with customers. Without them, you run a risk of finding your business in embarrassing customer service train-wreck.
Speaking to BLG News,one customer lamented “a well-known bank I visited with my friends gave us such a poor customer service treat that we had to leave there furiously”. Banks forget that customers are the pillars of their business and if not treated well, they pull plenty people with them when leaving and if they are treated well, they bring on more friends and families alike.
Adding to this, other customers said they prefer banks with good customer services to banks with huge edifice, attractive staff and promotions they offer to slash prices without customer service skills.
On the other side, bankers also expressed the view that, some customers barely allow them to explain things to them but rather concentrate on their anger.
